You can easily return the order with us! You have 14 days to register your products for return. You then have 14 days to return it!

You can do that easily in 3 steps!

Step 1: Register your order for return!

Step 2: Pack the order in a sturdy box.

You can easily put the order back in the shipping box. Close this box tightly and stick the return label on the box!

Optionally, you can also fill in a withdrawal form and pack it in the box.

Step 3: hand in the package at the nearest DHL Service point.

Take the package to the nearest DHL Service point. Find it here: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints

After receiving the package, we will transfer the amount of the returned products including any shipping costs as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

The costs of the return are for your own account.

Time for reflection/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25* per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@scheidrechters.nl . . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@scheidrechters.nl for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
